Former coaching inn under Louis VIX, Le Clos Normand as we know it today was created in 1880 by Mr Lecourt, a important figure in the life of the village of Martin Eglise, founder of Le Clos Normand, the Cycle relay and the Bar of the Mystery.
Since its creation, about ten owners have managed this business and it is under the aegis of Mr and Mrs LUCAS that Le Clos Normand has gained its great reputation.
Since 2022, Ms. BEDU, originally from Martin-Eglise, has taken over the establishment and works with her team to perpetuate the tradition of Le Clos Normand to welcome its travellers and offer them a traditional cuisine, homemade and with seasonal products.
